ReCYCling with I Touch = I Win
The objective of the campaign is to promote breast health through regular self-examination and wearing a well-fitting bra. The Wtórpol company joined in reCYCling by collecting used bras. Those in the best condition were sent to second-hand clothing shops, while underwear of lesser quality was recycled into alternative fuel, which is a more environmentally friendly substitute for traditional fuels. The funds obtained from the recycling supported the charitable activities of the Polish Amazons Social Movement (Polskie Amazonki Ruch Społeczny) society, as well as the Support at the Start (Wsparcie na Starcie) foundation.

The Wtórpol company particularly heavily involves into reCYCling, while collecting used bras. In this way, the collected underwear has been given a chance for a new, second life. For the purpose of being reusable, however, it must meet a few requirements: it must not have cut-off straps, fastenings or other parts.
What do we do with the bras gathered? As part of our collaboration with the I Touch = I Win campaign, Wtórpol will subject the bras collected during the campaign to reCYCling and the profit from this process will be donated to the fight against breast cancer. Those in the best condition will be donated to our TekStylowo second-hand clothing shops. Bras in worse condition will not go to waste either – they will be processed into alternative fuel, which is a greener substitute for traditional fuels. All in line with the zero waste principle.
Within the 10th edition of the campaign, with which our adventure with the I Touch = I Win project commenced, 24,895 bras were collected!
The the I Touch = I Win project is organised by the Panache brand in a cooperation with the international bra fitting expert Izabela Sakutova. This important and valuable campaign also brings together a large number of ambassadors who are not indifferent to women’s health. Lidia Kalita, Architect of Order, Elżbieta Romanowska, Aleksandra Kisio and Daria Widawska, among others, use their popularity for a good cause.
